These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mamat24 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://mamat24.cam ("the Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by mamat24, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

To register and maintain an active account on the mamat24 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mamat24 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. This is non-negotiable and will be verified through our KYC process.
• You are a natural person of legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mamat24, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list, whether maintained by mamat24 or any third-party responsible gambling organisation.
• You are accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account terminated by mamat24 for breach of these Terms.

To access real-money games and services on the Platform, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

4.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the mamat24 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, mamat24 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold any outstanding balances, and void all bonuses and winnings accumulated across those accounts.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party. You agree to notify mamat24 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. mamat24 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4.3 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. mamat24 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify any information provided and to suspend or close accounts where information cannot be verified.

mamat24 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in line with standard responsible gambling and anti-money laundering practices. All players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request will be processed, and may be required to re-verify at any time.

5.1 Required Documents

The following documentation may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence.
• Proof of residential address — a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three (3) months.
• A selfie photograph holding your identity document, taken within a reasonable period of the verification request.
• Proof of payment method ownership (for example, a photograph of the bank card or a screenshot of the e-wallet account) where the payment method used is not immediately verifiable.

5.2 Verification Timelines

mamat24 aims to complete standard KYC verification within 24 to 48 hours of receiving complete and legible documentation. Players who submit incomplete, blurred, or suspicious documentation may experience longer verification timelines. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending successful verification.

mamat24 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX online banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Internet Banking, Hong Leong Connect, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and selected cryptocurrency channels including USDT and BTC.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are credited to the player's account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• mamat24 does not charge fees for standard deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once credited. Players are advised to double-check deposit amounts before confirming any transaction.

6.2 Failed or Pending Deposits

If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider, please contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected] with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed by the mamat24 finance team within one (1) business day. The time taken for funds to appear in your bank account or e-wallet thereafter depends on your chosen payment method and financial institution.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Only players who have completed KYC verification are eligible to submit withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that was previously used to deposit into the account, or to a payment method registered in the player's verified name.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real money balance is available for withdrawal before wagering is completed.
• mamat24 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds or that are flagged by our risk management systems.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing

Standard withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day. VIP and Gold Tier players benefit from priority processing. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays of up to five (5) business days pending document review. mamat24 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

mamat24 offers various promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the time period specified in the promotion details. Unclaimed bonuses expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated time limit. Any bonus balance remaining upon expiry of the wagering period will be removed from the account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified.
• Free spins or free game credits issued as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap as specified in the promotion terms.
• mamat24 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

mamat24 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, collusion between players on bonus wagering, placing deliberately low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, and the use of any software or technique that exploits a bonus offer. Where bonus abuse is detected, mamat24 reserves the right to close the account, withhold all winnings, and reverse any withdrawal requests in progress.

8.3 Loyalty & VIP Rewards

The mamat24 VIP loyalty programme rewards regular players with cashback, birthday bonuses, and enhanced tier benefits. Loyalty points are accumulated through real-money gameplay and are not transferable between accounts. The terms and earn rates of the loyalty programme may be updated from time to time and will be communicated to affected players in advance.

All games on the mamat24 Platform are provided by independent game studios and operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, through verified live streaming infrastructure. mamat24 does not control the outcome of individual games.

9.1 Game Availability

The availability of specific games may vary by jurisdiction, device type, or from time to time due to maintenance, updates, or studio decisions. mamat24 shall not be liable for the temporary or permanent unavailability of any game title.

9.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or error in any game — whether caused by a software fault, network interruption, or hardware failure — the affected game round shall be considered void and all stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the player's account. mamat24 will not honour any winnings derived from a game round that was affected by a technical error. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is the governing principle.

9.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets offered on the Platform — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other events — are governed by specific sports betting rules applicable to each market type. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform. In all cases of dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, the decision of mamat24's designated sports integrity team shall be final.

mamat24 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and operates a range of player protection tools. All players are encouraged to use these tools to manage their gameplay experience.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Players may request a temporary cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) or a longer self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gambling section of the Platform.
• Players who self-exclude from the Platform agree not to attempt to create new accounts during the exclusion period. mamat24 will take reasonable steps to identify and close accounts created in breach of a self-exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mamat24 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform or to gain any unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of cheating, gaining unfair bonuses, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Using the Platform while self-excluded or during a period where your account has been suspended or restricted.
• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be considered void.
• Attempting to sell, transfer, or otherwise commercialise your account or any account credits.

mamat24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The player's account has been accessed fraudulently or is associated with fraudulent activity;
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information;
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk of harm to the player, to mamat24, or to third parties;
• A regulatory, legal, or law enforcement requirement necessitates the closure.

In the event of account closure for cause, mamat24 will conduct a review of the account balance. Any verified real-money balance remaining after deducting any sums owed to mamat24, voided bonuses, or sums held pending investigation will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.1 Voluntary Closure

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method before closure is completed.

All content on the mamat24 Platform — including but not limited to the mamat24 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content — is the property of mamat24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of mamat24.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mamat24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming winnings due to Platform unavailability or technical malfunction;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from system failure or unauthorised access;
• Any harm arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or network operators;
• Decisions made in reliance on information displayed on the Platform that later proves inaccurate.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by mamat24's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

mamat24 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC verification, and ongoing account activity is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. mamat24 does not sell personal data to third parties.

mamat24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, mamat24 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or through an in-Platform notification. Non-material changes may take effect without specific notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which mamat24 is licensed and operated.

In the event of a dispute between you and mamat24, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and aim to provide a resolution within ten (10) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or dispute resolution body designated under the applicable licensing framework.
